ok, but 6 of last 7 drives were three and out. That's on the offensive brain trust. They need to do a lot better this week.

Totally! Having 3rd, 4th and 5th stringers, many of whom are rookie projects and have no cohesion as a unit, miss blocks allowing courtney brown to blow up the play is a sham… come on coaches! Not to mention the horrible pocket presence of the UDFA rookie QB, WTF Logan!

Don't ever change zone… our roster bubble players and camp fodder need to be HOF'ers already, get on it coaching staff!

Yes, I personally enjoyed watching him step BACK into the rush for the Safety...vs. just stepping up in the pocket. LOL

Lulz at me being a homer just cause I can use my eyes and common sense.

You didn't watch sh*t just admit it.
Lets not go [pinning this on one player. oline looked underwhelming receivers made mistakes.

Point is, they should have been playing against equally hapless dudes. So why didn't we take advantage?

Thompson had the classic deer in the headlights look. Understandable since it's his first live action, but we need to him to improve to get a sense for the backup TEs/WRs.

Yeah, I actually felt bad for the guy...no doubt. He'll most likely end up being our PS QB anyhow but it's sort of not fair to those receiving RB's, TE's and WR's on the bubble wanting to make plays. They rely on him.

So then you would know the difference was who the third qb for both teams is. Tom Savage the texans 3rd qb is a pretty highly thought of prospect drafted in the 4th round of last years draft. On the other Hand Dlyan Thompson is a 2015 Udfa mostly meant as a camp arm. There will be obvious performance differences. Not too hard for you to understand ....yeah?

meh, they were 3rd stringers. Dyaln thompson was horrible, but he is our turd stringer. If gabbert had stayed in we would have been fine. Id rather see them play ell in the first half then the second.

The difference is how offense and defense works… on defense its allot easier for one player to completely blow up a play where on offense they need cohesion and communication to execute successfully. The only player on offense that can consistently blow up a defense with minimal help (the Oline still needs to do its job) is the QB, in this case an UDFA rookie QB who did just about everything wrong.

Its easier for defensive players to be mixed and matched and play effectively, the offense is a whole different ball game especially considering these guys get limited reps in practice with each other.
