This is a train wreck of a press conference. It's really hard to watch. You can totally see the lack of experience with Jim through his answers. Hopefully it gets better with time. But for right now, it's rambling non sense.

No one will care if he's uncomfortable in press conferences if he can get results in the coaching room and on the field.
He's definitely uncomfortable, and definitely inexperienced in the presser area. But what do you expect he's never had to speak to the media like this before. Maybe he will get better maybe he won't. Just win us #6 and you can pick shoes up and do jazzercise and have yoga parties

Now we know why the player's love him and think he won't be as "tough" as Harbaugh....
And we also know why all the coaches were fired except one and reportedly were going to bail anyway on the hiring of Tomsula.

Just getting eating alive...this last question is a doozy...No one f**king cares about NFL Europe....You were coaching there because you weren't good enough to be in the NFL or a DIV 1 in the NCAA.

I would say, based upon posters reactions that the team needs to work on teaching its spokespeople something, just a tad, about public relations and dealing with he media.

I understand Jim is nervous, which is fine; I was expecting more Rex Ryan charm and less nervous school boy being forced to give a report in front of a classroom.
I want Jim to succeed, but this has all the markings of a "cover your eyes" train wreck.
