So, if you state an opinion like it's a fact, it becomes a fact? Let's try some actual facts shall we? Off the top of my head here are some resemblances: 1) fire a coach that averaged 10+ wins (49 wins in 4 years for Habaugh, 23 wins in last 2 seasons for Marriuchi, 2) take 3 people (1 York, 1 GM and Parag) to conduct very long "secretive" interview process and 3) concludes with a hiring that does not make the fan base excited, 4) gut the current well respected coaching staff. So, far 1-4 are lockstep with the "TDon" years my friend.
Drafts aren't mediocre? Baalke has 4 first rounders ('11-'14, the '10 board was mostly set by prior GM before departure), 1 is one Ray MacDonald from being cut for off-field issues (Smith), 1 is off the team (Jenkins), 1 has serious concussion issues that could cut his career short (Reid) and 1, the jury is still out on, but it ain't looking good, unless giving up 3 TDs to the same reciever against a terrible offense is a positive sign? Don't bother making excuses for each of the above. It's a results oriented business. Baalke has not produced outstanding drafts. He's had better luck in latter rounds, no doubt. He's not the worst, but he's far from the best. He is mediocre.
The stadium is not loud. It is white washed soulessness and very expensive. The food is a good analogy. Curries and Jackfruit sandwiches. Both are not prepared that well. And both are out of place in a football stadium. Lost. The stadim inspires....a yawn...and an eyebrow raise. For $1.3 billion, I do think the word mediocre works quite well.
Just spin. Like just selecting the first round picks then putting Aldon's off field issues and Reid's concussion down against Baalke. I get that you want to make everything look as bad as possible but even you must see that it is BS to blame the GM for drafting one of the best pass rushers around, because he has subsequently got into trouble. And we shouldn't have drafted Reid because he was going to get concussed. You assess drafting based on events that happen subsequently.
So pointless talking to you.
