I would like to know why you fanatics love the San Francisco 49ers? I have been on the decline for several years even on the road to the super-bowl. My love for the team has been on the decline. Who introduced you to the San Francisco 49ers and why you love them. Looking for inspiration to rekindle my passion for this team.

grew up in the bay area..watched them with .grandma as a kid.and it just stuck.learned about class,loyalty,respect ,hard work,all that good stuff.by watching my niners.was there for the good.Will stick around through the bad.a nd really how can you be a fan of any other team.

I've loved the niners since I was 5 in 1984 due to my family. I've stuck by them through the worst. A corporate Santa Clara stadium with s**tty fans and an idiot qb are killing me, seriously testing my faith.

The only thing that's really keeping me a niner fan is my veteran status here in NT. I don't want to have to start all over on another site.

Since when do you have to love a stadium, the fans, and a certain player and not be a fan of the team? Makes no sense.

not that its any of my business but the point of the thread is to establish why each of us love the 49ers not to criticize someone's wavering loyalty. Anyways in the name of staying on topic with the thread I have always loved the Niners since I was very young and it was a great way to bond with my dad before he passed. I love this team and will die loving this team even if they never have a winning season again. Go niners!
