This article gives a good background into Malzahn, and how he started as a Defensive guy, and how he has developed into an inspirational offensive guy, and can mould schemes to fit his players, and take advantage of opposition schemes.

Want : Mark Hellfrich

Gut: Mark Hellfrich, with Shanny a close 2nd.

Can't be: any DC, incl fangio. Our O has to be led by a HC who is an OC. Sure, shanny did poorly in Washington, but jeez, they got dyck for talent, and RG3 is not the QB who can take the hits...too fragile. Still, Hellfrich could turn this team into a powerhouse but we still need to keep fangio, making him co- HC, with Hellfrich OC/HC in chief.

Want Kubiak. Gut-- Kubiak. At least I think Baalke will make a run for Kubiak. I think he's a good fit for this current offensive roster. Ravens trying to run a balance offense. Our offense had been trying to do the same for years. Kubiak takes over, add more speed, we will be good to go. Kaep must improve more though. We don't want someone with a totally different type of offensive mind trying to make this offense into something that it's not.

Want – Shanahan or Holmgren, the "Teacher" coach that the York is looking for

Gut – if the HC turn out to be Fangio or Tomsula – there will be another thread calls "FIRE TRENT BAALKE NOW!!!!" and probably run the YORK out of town

Want: M. Shanahan WITHOUT young Shanahan as OC; 2nd would be Kubiak

Gut: Young Shanahan in some fashion (HC or OC)

For the record, I don't want any part of Kyle Shanahan. I'd rather Hostler return as OC
