True, and it's why I'm not a fan of Chip Kelly at all. Glad he's staying in Philly.

At some point either Kelly is going to get lucky and just have a perfect stretch and pull a 2012 Ravens, change his offense or go back to college.

That could be said for every coach

For Shanahan, look at the guys he had in Denver. After SB XXXII Elway retired and Terrell Davis tore up his knee; so he moved onto Brian Griese and Jake Plummer and Jay Cutler, and could seemingly pick up any dude off the street and turn him into a 1,000 yard rusher.

So he won 1 playoff game with Griese and Plummer and Cutler? Good job I say. Two of those guys were mediocre talent wise and Cutler is a head case. Shanahan won't be our personnel guy so don't worry about him bringing in Bubby Brister or Brian Griese.

As for his stint in Washington...well, ask Dan Snyder. Nobody succeeds in Washington.

mora is part of the mooch past, where the inmates were allowed to run the asylum, and the db's when they did not have twisted ankles, played 15 yards off the wide outs all the time then we wondered why the other teams came back all the time. mora is just like mooch, he is more worried about being a buddy to the players and to the media than being a good teacher and coach

You didn't like Mooch?
not after he tried to come down on owens and looked like a fool,, and when he went into a fetal position vs tampa,, just like when jh and roman went into a fetal position vs seattle, i was done. now what made me madder was the fact the front office had no plan at the time to hire someone better than mooch, and we saw what happened then,, this front office got the jh hire right, at the time,, and they know they have to get this next one right so i am confident they will bring in the right person

I thought it was just me.

I just can't wrap my head around the idea that replacing Harbaugh with Jim Mora Jr. will get us over the hump.
it is not even a upgrade. can you picture him working with ck to help him get better? hahahah

nobody is going to be seen as an upgrade, at least initially. thats the reality of the situation we're in.

Can't wait to see everyone's reaction when Tomsula is hired on Tuesday.

It's already done. This is all for publicity and due diligence.

Well in that case Mora is not the answer, he has no rings and has never won anything at any level.

Well, Baalke said he wanted to find the next HC in 7-10 days. Don't know how realistic that is, but I'd love to get this resolved quickly.

A bit slow? Lol... you can't be a bit slow to turn that UCLA program around. He is a good coach. I think he learned a lot.
