The game is changing. By making the game less violent it becomes something else. The quarterbacks are the face of the game and make ten or twenty times more than the average player. Any pass thrown has a good chance of having a flag thrown.

Perhaps I should have said "ultimate" outcome, I wanted a crack at a one possession game. However, I really don't think we were gonna score, with how depleted we were on offense (and how this offense performed post thanksgiving).

Oh and remember that kickoff where we were flagged? Oh wait, that was all of them. And I remember seeing that on the replays. Oh wait, there weren't any...

Who cares Wilson missed a wide open touchdown and Rogers didn't throw for one everyone misses

I just don't know what the league can expect Nick Moody to do on that play.

About that roughing the passer call this is more like that lingerie league then the National Football League
Wrong, watch this video; the lingerie league allows tougher hits. most of these would have been penalties in the nfl. I get the player safety and them trying to cover their asses after 20+ years of covering it up but the refs are too quick on the flags these days. They put the game in their hands. I'm a believer in unless it's obvious don't call it.
I'm gonna a watch the video but not for the hits

Ref Ed Hochuli on roughing call on 49ers Nick Moody vs. Seahawks: "It's a foul, and that's why I called it."

Anyone still believe in the integrity of the NFL? Anyone still believe that Vegas odds makers don't have control over the NFL?
We need full time refs, not high priced lawyers working on the weekends. Separate from NFL.

The NFL is corrupt top to bottom. Clearly Hochuli was told to keep the Seattle storyline alive to keep up ratings for the big media partners. The fix is in.
Ed Hochuli is Seattle's 13th Man, no doubt about it.

I agree with the full time ref part.

When you have both Aikman and Buck repeatedly saying what a bad call it was, then Hochuli tries to cover his butt by saying it was a foul, it's just maddening. The NFL has become the NPL (three guesses what the P stands for, first two don't count). Just as the same call on Willis (he wasn't fined, BTW) vs Stanton in 'Zona. Both calls turned out to be game-changers. When officials do that, it totally steals the game away from players, coaches, and fans. Goodell's gone far overboard trying to make the game safer...he's virtually taken the game away from all of us. Officials are so darn trigger happy with their flags it's disgusting and demeans the game. Pete Rozell must be rolling over in his grave...

This is a prime example of why I have quit watching games. The NFL has become a joke where referees decide games and seasons.
