Holmgren, Jon Gruden, Kyle Shanahan..... Plenty of other coaches could get results from this offensive personnel. Kap needs better coaching. Harbaugh's "QB whisperer" rep has taken a major hit with Kaep not developing further.

Jon Gruden and Mike Holmgren? Please step into the 2010s. Kyle Shanahan yes. There are some other OCs floating out there. Mike Sherman (Miami looks decent and Tannehill has actually gotten better), Dirk Koetter, Tom Clements, etc.

Some of y'all calling for harbs head and asking for unprovens or coaches that haven't been in the game for a while. We have been spoiled past 3 years and I honestly think roman the problem but still players need to execute the game plan no matter how bad it is. Kap still missing throws, throwing terrible balls..but that's romans fault? OK..
