Kap is damaged now...need to bring in "Steve Kerr" type to use Kap correctly and build a great staff, a la Kerr. We still have some good players, but not for this staff. By the way, QB whisperer Harbs is probably the absolute worst coach for Kap. He turned a bright and gregarious kid into a punk, it seems. I can hear Harbs,"Colin, don't give the media anything...they'll use it against you." Problem is, when the media starts to hate you, that's when things get rough. Colin could have owned the bay and the media. Super bad advice from someone who we hoped knew better, but didn't. Not everyone is Hunter Pence, but sheesh, you don't have to be an ass.

Kaep has never been good with the media. That's not on Haurbaugh.
Kaep struggles are because of Kaep. He doesn't take what the defenses give him. He tries to force the ball in, instead of taking the free 5-7 yards, that is of course unless it's 3rd and 8+, then he'll take the 5 yard route all day

OK, then just what do you say for the people that drafted him? Every negative that we are seeing out of Kaep ISN'T ANYTHING PEOPLE DIDN'T SEE OF HIM COMING OUT OF NEVADA!!! NOT A DAMN THING!!! And if everyone knew of these negatives why would a coaching staff coach to those negatives?

Maybe the defense could have stopped the raiders offense if it had a breather or two. Oline has nothing to do with the constant delay of games, that's kap being a poor game manager. I watched the game, for having a few backups in the blocking was decent good enough to win same with the defense.

Yes it was! What a great way to start a game off after a 10 day layoff.

When a defense has to battle TWO OFFENSES game after game, it will take it's toll sooner or later. Kap doesn't seem like he can carry a struggling offense / team on his shoulders. When our oline was great he looked good... he has not shown the ability to carry the team, period!

Is like this, when your offense has been playing totally crap all season long, it is only a matter of time when it will finally infect and pull the defense down.

Kap can't carry sh*t !! He is the center of the problem and it is the defense which has been carrying him all season long.

Yup. The defense is depleted and tired now, but they have won us most games and kept us in all of them. Kap can't scratch their back, yet he wants his to be scratched by them

Kap has a nice body and that's a bout it! I am not one to honeysuckle on his jock like some folks in here. His brain is mush and he has digressed. Plain and simple, he is not the answer at the moment and quite possibly, not even for the future.

Im tired of hearing this. The Raiders had the ball for 32:55 and we had it for 27:05 if that 5 extra minutes whipped the D out then they are told old to play.

Stop using D being tired as an excuse.

Those stats mean nothing. Anyone watching this game would admit that it looked like we had the ball a lot less then 6 minutes. This was an ass whooping and we were extremely out coached.

Dude, I've been dealing with this level of denial for over a month. Non stop. It has been SO frustrating.

4 or 5 posters who are hellbent on placing all the blame in Roman. The DSM may have to expand its manual soon.

It's not denial I'm objective I'm not a basher. He made 2 head scratching int's the rest of the game he made the right read he just either made the throw it was completed. made the throw it was dropped or made the throw and it wasn't accurate. He wasn't lost on where to go with the ball he went to where he needed to he and we didn't make the plays out there.

And we didn't run Gore nearly enough. it was still a close enough game to ride him and hyde to the red zone so roman could cook up 3 unsuccessful plays again and again.

If you are objective I must be confused on what the word means. You seem to see things a lot differently than most of us. You keep saying he makes the correct reads, never questioning his decision making. Everybody sees him look around while dropping back, after that he locks on a receiver and if the fixed target isn't open he scrambles around to try and buy more time. All the Gifs I see show him not doing much reading and it is pretty obvious what he is looking at. Please don't use anything Harbaugh says as evidence he isn't going to throw his hand picked guy under the bus. He just said Kap was doing better than ever recently when obviously that is BS. If you have video evidence of Kap scanning the field for the average 2.5 seconds we would love to see it.

I still believe in Kaepernick, we need a better offensive coordinator, I hope Harbaugh realizes this and will part ways with Roman, unfortunately I am starting to believe he wants to leave, which means a new head coach and hopefully one with a plan for a new offensive coordinator

Besides the bad offensive scheme, and the bad QB play, we look slow, weak (physically), out of shape, and unmotivated.

Harbaugh is not the answer. What this team needs is someone like Jimmy Johonson or Dick Vermill. No tricks or smoke and mirrors. Just hard nosed football.
