It's what happens when the team you play has an Oline that can pass block and give your QB enough time to read the D and make plays all over the place...

how's about letting Kap stay out there, pad his stats and trade in the offseason ?

Not a great list for free agent QB list :

We will get a qb through the draft

Can't blame the defense they gave up 330 yards, which if you averaged that you would still make the top 10 in yards allowed. When your offense puts up a measly 248 yards those yards given up will yield a lot more than normal points. It also is a lot more physically demanding to play defense than offense so too many 3 and outs on offense is going to wear a defense out. What I don't understand is how the 49ers got so bad so quick. They barely beat the Redskins who are one of the worst teams in football, scored 3 against the Seahawks and now lost to a team that had one previous win. Got to easily be the worst 7-6 team in the NFL.

Yes, I don't get the either; how did this monumental collapse go down. It's incredible...

This season already didn't feel right with the off field drama, the Aldon suspension, Navarro injury and now Patrick injury, the Davis and boone holdout....should I keep going??

Kaep has really regressed this season and I'm not even blaming the play-calling. His decision making was very poor, even in the games that they won. His running ability was taken away from him and it clearly took away his big play threats.

You fake ass fans that blame one guy for our offensive woes and blame him for us not playing good defense are clearly not bright.

Take off the rose colored glasses. Kap has played like s**t all year long
So our b******t offensive scheme that current and former players say is easy to defend has nothing to do with it? The fact that we haven't run the ball for s**t has nothing to do with it? The fact that Vernon and the oline has played like absolute s**t has nothing to do with it? GTFOH!

Would have been better off if Alex never got that concussion.

Look, I like some of what Alex does, but let's be honest: he would have regressed with this coaching staff refusing to make adjustments four years into a scheme, too. Maybe not to the degree that Kaep has, and Alex would have masked the problems more because he would use the short/intermediate game more efficiently, but the core problem would still be the coaching and scheme. If anything having a new coach / scheme and QB competition next season is for the best, because it will move into another era that can't be anywhere close to the zoo that the last 2 years have been.

Sometimes you just gotta let the past go - all of it - and get a fresh smell in the building.

I see us transitioning back to what we were before jim got here. These past few years have been nice. Thanks for the memories Jim

I agree jed is to busy running a business scheduling concerts gettin paid to worry about winning.

Agree. O-line that can pass block & play calls to your QB's strength makes a ton of difference to your QB in the pocket

He read them just fine. what can't happen is flat out pressure every passing play for the most part.
Entire team checked out it's embarrassing

You're kidding me right??

Dude, I've been dealing with this level of denial for over a month. Non stop. It has been SO frustrating.

4 or 5 posters who are hellbent on placing all the blame in Roman. The DSM may have to expand its manual soon.

Well, I guess that's one pressure he was able to avoid
