It's already been expressed by 49er management that artificial fieldturf is not really an option at this point and the stadium can have a great natural grass field but the more I see what's going on I would say that it has to be seriously considered as an option in the future. Isn't one of their practice fields that nice fieldturf surface anyway?

Is Brandon Lloyd getting a free pass? He has done NOTHING to earn a roster spot this offseason he has been in & out the line up with minor injuries & we honestly dont know if he has great chemistry with Kap. If he makes the team he should be at the bottom of the depth chart & have Ellington be the #4 & Patton at #5
All the reports say hes developed a great chemistry with Kap, and has been a good mentor to the younger WR. If Harbaugh thinks hes an asset to the team, he will make the final roster. You can never have TOO many pass catching options.

This is the wrong thread but Bradford has a confirmed torn ACL. Damn you have to feel really bad for that guy no matter who you are.

Damn. I think Bradford's done at this point. Sucks for him.
The most interesting thought right now is that, as it stands currently, Shaun Hill looks slated to be the Rams starting QB this year, unless they opt to go with rookie Garret Gilbert. Doubt Austin Davis is in the mix.
Of course, this is all assuming Bradford did indeed tear the ACL again.
