Our offense to get out of the middle of the pack. With that we are easily SB favorites.

This.. It really Shouldn't be asking too much . if the plays take to long to get to the huddle you use timeouts . we need to recognize these crucial moments and improve. Its been Driving everyone nutz for a while now . please.
And mixing up the snap count a little bit so were not always getting the plays off at the last second...

Sometimes, on offense, I feel that we don't exploit what the D gives us . and in tight games we seemed to struggle making halftime adjustments. It like somebody is sticking to their guns and not altering the game plan. Who know but I'd like a little more creativity on the fly

Hopefully an extension that keeps him here for another 7 years.

technically , this should be the year the team starts to show improvement , the 3 year plan is finished, time to go to work

the super bowl , and 2 NFC championship games ....not too shabby for a 3 year rebuilding plan

OPEN up the passing attack

Don't keep games close - just run it up baby!

Get plays in on time - it's hard enough to eat top competition w/out shooting ourselves in the foot

Attack more on Defense

Consistency. I feel like for every two steps we take forward, we take a step back in some other area. Some of that has been due to injury, some due to coaching, some young players learning, some old players showing age, but regardless, it seems like we are treading water more than improving.

I want to see Kap show with no room for doubt that he is a franchise QB who will deserve every penny of the top tier contract he wants so that like the best teams in the league (and pretty much everyone who has won a SB in recent history) there is no question who our QB for the next 10 years will be.

I want to see this team play consistently excellent football. Not up or down to our opponents. Not win after squandering big leads or needing big comebacks. Beat the crap out of 80% of the teams in the league because your can't score on our D and our O gets TDs when we have the chance. Tight games/losses should only happen against other really good teams or in a rarity with lesser teams because "any given sunday".

None of this settling for FGs and letting teams hang around after we have dominated them all game and suddenly they are back in it with one or two big plays crap.

I want to see us to the little things well 100% of the time. Not waste time outs, take stupid penalties or call obvious, awful plays that get stopped every time. We have too much talent on this team, with both the coaches and players to waste opportunities making pre-season like mistakes all year.

Bottom line: I want us to play they way we are capable of playing pretty much all the time, not just in the 4th quarter once we have woken up and realize we need to win the game.
