Yah they suck for not being able to throw it to themselves. Look at Torry in Baltimore he was pretty good, comes here and he's not even as good Ted Ginn.

wtf? you're actually defending our receivers now????

No but the over throw was bad and torry supposed to be our #1 doesnt even get a ball.

dude the pass was barely overthrown and the play was designed for patton, thats not gabbert's call

Lol barely overthrown it didn't even touch his outstretched fingers. Gosh the bar is low here.

Patton might suck but you gotta give him an accurate ball.

This time he caught the pass on his hip...for a rushing TD.

Patton needs to actually show up consistently and quit having dumb penalties in games. Unfortunately he may be one of our better receivers and he has sucked butt up to this point. So yeah, I am very unhappy with him, Ellington who gets injured every other play, and who knows what will show up from the rest of that group.
^ nice find and yeah that's how it's done. I can't believe I'm saying this but I now wish Chip had brought Bradford here.

Ellington I would just cut no point in having a player who gets injured every other game.

And if it doesn't people like you will act like you never said anything like this.

Based on the preseason I'm sure that Gabbert will be making it to the Pro Bowl this year. Those 14 yards he threw for, what a dynamic passer.

lol he got pulled early to give kap a chance to show something with the 1s and he failed.

you really thing gabbert would have played a whole half of football and finished with 14 yards passing? c'mon man

If Patton wasn't the slowest WR on the team, that's a TD despite him being hit as he was throwing IIRC.

Patton slow?

Yes, he isn't slow...just not fast. No CB is giving that guy a cushion. He's what, 4.6 4 years ago?

nah id rather have blaine, he can run which bradford cannot.

lets not forget the amount of terrible games bradford had last year as well

But would Kaepernick have even seen Patton wide open on the edge instantly?

And that's the problem with Gabbert's evaluation. It's always "but Kaep..." Forget Kaep. Gabbert has played poorly.

Regressed each game
Unable to complete a forward pass to a receiver
3 and outs 1st 3 drives of each game.
Inability to stretch the field

It's not one or the other. They both stink.

Yes. Kelly will give us plenty of chances to get some explosive plays for sure

I'd rather have Bradford because he's more accurate and don't even like Bradford.

Nobody was talking to you. This was a little joke between P and I.
