Dude was a good sport lol. Backup QB is supposed to be holding a clipboard on Sundays, not gunning down the field on kickoffs

He looked like a decent backup QB today. Was decisive and accurate short range. Flashed his mobility. Looked better than he ever has as a 49er.

Yeah, I remember people thinking he was a steal and would be the future lol. He was a pretty good athlete tho.

Hope he keeps it up, he seems like a smart dude and has some talent.

What I like about tonight is showing potential for security. He could be a solid backup should Kap get hurt. Then perhaps coaching gets more comfortable letting Kap run loose.

I hope Kap learns how to put the same touch on the ball for those short throws. No reason to throw a bullet.

Dont be fooled ppl all his completions were underneath throws to the TE's other than that screen pass to DeAndrew White dude did not target any of his other Wideouts the rest of the way. Yeah he might be a better backup to Kap but other then that there is NO QB controversy around here.

When he starts zipping balls into tight windows 15+ yards down the field then will talk other wise poor man's Alex Smith can hold that clip board all year long.

BTW only reason i dont mind him one bit being our back up QB is MAN OL' MAN Dylan Thompson sucks so bad its not even funny.

Oh Im a huge fan... Just sucks these other fans would rather lose based off one position. I can 100% be a fan of a team and wish we had a QB who could do some of the most simple of things. I don't think I'm any less of a fan for wanting a real QB. Football is not just one position.
