Yes lets get rid of a guy who had a bad 4 games with the worlds worst coaching staff, but lets give a guy with a history of being a horrible QB more time because the coaches are bad. Yes that makes plenty of sense, coach excuse for one guy no coach excuse for the other guy who is a proven winner.

I agree, all the more reason to let Kaepernick go, he was awful this year.
I'm all in for Gabbert. I think he will make a great QB if given at least the right tools i.e. Decent oline and coaches. He was one of the top QB pick that was thrown into the fire by a piss poor team. No rookie QB would've succeeded with the Jags. I'm going to say he will be great. Worst thing that can happen is I'm wrong and everyone laughs at me. Best thing that can happen is he becomes great and I can say "I told you so" and you can eat a bag of di... Doritos.

hes 27-20 which is average (equivalent to about 9-7) but the kicker is not only has his record got worse every year but so has his passer rating

Don't really care about his passer rating numbers either way. He looked nonfunctional in those games. The numbers just happened to back that up.

You might want to look at what each man can and can not do, and not w/l records on the worst team we've had since before Harbaugh.

While that seems very true, he might be as good to a little bit better and is certainly a whole metric f**k ton cheaper.

Stud. What's up with your boy, Gabby? Will you still be a fan when he is riding the pine or traded in the off-season?

BG is the 49er starting QB next season, book it.

Why can't the mods just ban hammer this ...................

why? Gabbert most likely will be the starter next season. when Kap's gone, will you follow him to the EaglesWebzone.com?

He's doing the same thing Kap does by relying too much on his running ability. He thinks his legs are going to get him out of trouble instead of just throwing it away. Neither one likes to throw the ball away. Must have been that TD run that gave Blaine all that confidence.
