IMO we have a record that has masked drastic weaknesses. We had a soft spot in the schedule in which we went on a run. But we get owned by almost every good team we play. And Kaep just keeps getting worse and worse and worse. He had literally 1 good game this year. That's it. Our WR's are garbage. The TE situation is shaky with VD hurt. The box is getting stacked more and more since teams know we can't pass. We are a one read and done team. Try to run and play defense and beat bad teams. There is simply no way this team could hold up in the playoffs right now. They would be one and done if they even make it.

How come everyone is turning on Kap now? Before the season, it was Super Bowl here we come. Now it's missing the playoffs entirely?

because niner fans will always blame the qb for everything. anyone who isnt joe montana will get turned on right away despite the rest of this teams problems

Dude is going in games averaging like 40 net yards passing. That's like 10 yards a quarter.....

Does that seem good to you? He also had a 6 completion game and a 10 completion game this year.

Your arguments are a joke. You pick and choose stats to make him look horrible. That 6 completion game had 15 attempts and no turnovers. That 10 completion game had 16 attempts and no turnovers. Oh and 4 combined tds in those 2 games. hes a young qb who WILL get better.....give it a rest

I see no reasoning behind your arguments either. You can also pick whatever stats you want but Kaep has NOT passed the eyeball test in any game he's played this season IMO. I'm not saying its over and he's done but there has not been one single game this season outside of GB that he's looked like a franchise quarterback. Not trying to be a dick but 49ers fans have every right to be upset with his game. I can't remember one game this season where we absolutely NEEDED to put a drive together or NEEDED points that he was able to deliver on. He's been horrible and there's no shame in admitting that. Kaep has not been the only problem on offense but as gifted as he is and as smart as he is we should be able to count on him in those desperate "clutch" moments and he's s**t himself every time.
