No, we didn't.
If you accept a penalty, the team that committed said penalty is docked yards and the down is replayed.
If you decline a penalty, which we did, its the result of the play.
You're essentially punishing a team twice if you hit them with the yards and don't replay the down. You can't have it both ways.
