I don't think he played well...but I think laying it all on him proves you either don't understand what you just saw or have an agenda....and most of you are on alts because you have a damn agenda and won't let it go.

The ugly was mostly or all Kap. He sucks.

Say what you want about Smith and I don't want him back but what he could do was move the sticks consistently under Harbs and at worst he would flip the field position. Kap is just boom or bust, 3 and out or scoring drive. This season, it has been a LOT of 3 and out. The last time Alex threw for under 100 yard was in 2006 when we lost 41-0 to the Chiefs. Do you think our passing game and O-line were better in 2006? Answer honestly please. This is not to compare Kap to Smith, merely to put how bad this performance was into perspective.

I still love my boys, I still think Kaep has enormous talent--he's just playing behind a straggling, fractured O-line. How the O line has avoided major criticism is beyond me. Probably the contrast of play we've seen from Kaep from last year to this has caused and undue amount of attention on him.

Roman, too, seems suspect.

The only thing Smith would be doing with this O-line is eating turf, IMO.
