Seems like Aldon Smith was doing well in the pass rush, but how did the Niners do over all? How was the Cowboy and how did McDonald do?

Wasn't bad, wasn't great.
Need to do better against Seattle.

It was OK. Could be better. There was a lot of holding by the Packers, but Aldon fought through a few of them for pressures and sacks. Maybe the refs felt sorry for the Packs by their injuries

They need to put Lemonade in the mix and rotate him with Brooks, seems like Aldon is the only one getting pressure most the time

There were all game and the refs didn't make a call against it. But they were fine, but need to improve much more for the rest of the season. Especially against RG3 and Luck.

This is Aaron Rodgers they were going against who is a very smart QB and is not a statue. So it was unrealistic to expect a multi-sack game. However despite all of the holding, Aldon Smith still got there twice. I think the pass rush did pretty good, with lots of pressures, hurries, and hits. The real issue was the missed tackles.

Uh the Raiders were competitive with Colts and nearly pulled it out. Not worried about Luck & Indy. Harbaugh will give the defense tips on how to screw him over.

They held us dearly. And AR was getting the ball out real quick. But it was good enough to not embarrass the dbs

McDonald did an excellent job at collapsing the pocket too. He flushed Rogers out of the pocket quite a few times.

The word "craptacular" comes to mind.
Aldon had his moments but also had two offside penalties.
I will say though it seemed like we were only rushing 4 on most plays and they were leaving a running back or TE into block, so 6 on 4 makes it hard to get pressure.
I would like to see a little more from our blitz package, but understand that it is hard against A-rod who kills teams that blitz with quick accurate throws.

Simply don't understand not rotating players in to give guys a rest. Brooks only got near the QB 1 time today and on that play he received a 15 yard penalty for hitting Rogers late. Didn't see Lemonier or Skuta at OLB all day.
