This is why having the first team O play in preseason is important, so you can identigy problems. Like running the ball.

All flash and no substance. I'm seeing a lot of movement pre-snap and different formations, but its not amounting to anything.

Kap needs to just let loose and play his game. Hes trying to stay in the pocket way too long when there are huge running lanes for him. I cant blame him for the throw to gore because that ball hit right on gores hands, and hes usually a solid ball catcher.

Really, Kaep over threw Gore, Fumbled the ball, thew an interception and passed an incomplete pass when he should've ran for the 1st. It's not all Kaep, but mostly him.

I'm literally in shock how inept Kap looks. Run when you have an opening young fella. Seattle's secondary is phenomenal, but they will think twice about rushing 3 and dropping everyone in coverage if you make them pay with your legs.

This. Seattle insists on playing man coverage, Kaepernick should take off at every opportunity, get as many yards as he can and get out of bounds. If he gashes them enough with his legs, they'll have to change their plan.

Yes and that is why Kap needs to scramble to gain yards !! Every yard in a game like this counts otherwise it will be 3 and out after 3 and out !!!
