Yes, and I said that one of those TWO were the 4-9 Cardinals earlier this year, your home field advantage doesn't impress us.

Look i never said the niners weren't going to win, i just said you haven't faced an offense like this, and we haven't faced a defense as good as yours.

For what it's worth, the Patriots went 4 years between winning a PLAYOFF game.....the end of '07, and finally the Tim Tebow beatdown in January of this year. And in that span they have yet to play a playoff game on the road.

'08 - missed playoffs under Cassel
'09 - one & done against Ravens (at home)
'10 - one & done against Jets at home (a team they destroyed only a month or so earlier)
'11 - won both home playoff games (easy Tebow, and lucky against Ravens)

I'm not trying to paint the image of a bad team at all. Just want to clarify they are far from infallible.

If i recall hernandez was injured on the first or second play of the cardinals game and he didn't play against seattle. The offense you saw back in september is not the same as now. Just fyi the next closest team in points scored is bouston and they are about 100 points behind us.

hernandez caught the first touchdown against the hawks! he played the entire game..

i was wrong....... he caught the second td, welker caught the first... but he played the whole game.

I think we will do the rush 3 and drop back 8 into coverage gameplan at first and see how that does against the Pats offense...

I agree.

That will also lock Aldon up on the right tackle instead of the left and put Justin on the other side. Dropping 8 into coverage was how they beat the Packers. You can't do it on every down as Brady will eventually find the holes, but I'd expect to see some of that coverage.

I'd also expect to see Aldon and Justin run a number of Stunts and I'd expect to see Aldon actually line up over the guard (with Justin on the outside) at times.
