Not sure about that. I think Alex is marginally better...but I agree he has much more upside. I think at this point Harbaugh stays with Colin.

Kaep is definitly better now. Notice how Kaep plays consistently all game. Smith plays in spurts. I could easily Smith disappearing for a couple of quarters in this game. I feel like Kaep is dangerous all the time, while Smith is dangerous, when he needs to be. But thats just my opinion.
