This happened in 97... In 96 we wore the 50th anniversary patch on our jerseys. In the photo it clearly does not show the patch.

good luck im still looking for the 95 49ers vs bills sunday night football game where gary plummer forced a goal line fumble and lee woodall returned it like 96 yards for a touchdown

I tried my best internet searching skills and this one is going to be hard to find if you ever even get it.
Only thing I could think of maybe you get lucky and find some ancient video collection of the entire 1997 season or something or the entire game or something. Very unlikely.

^ this. also in '97 TO and Stokes were establishing themselves as WR's in the absence of the GOAT (thanks to warren fatass sapp!) Stokes made a great diving catch that set up a TD...his career highlight.
