Many valid reasons why we haven't seen it, but let's not pretend like the west coast offense doesn't involve throwing the ball downfield. Explosive pass plays are essential to any modern nfl offense.

You my friend are correct..to say deep passes are not WCO is wrong.
The WCO is to create miss matches and exploit weaknesses whether it's Deep, Short or backfield passes mixed with the run.
