Smith's field vision, downfield focus, remains a constant. Coaching has a lot to do with it, having the same offensive staff for a change.

what does "downfield focus" mean?

easy to have downfield focus when the defense isn't allowed to touch you.

Yeah, I like to stir the pot once in a while, but I really think Alex could have a Sophmore/jr year at Utah type of breakout. Based on what we hear from camp, Smith has a real swag and control this year, unlike past years where it seemed like he was faking it.

I always liked swinging.

In elementary school my favorite thing to do was swing as high up as I could and then do a back-flip dismount at the highest point.
