Fred, I think I'm being pretty generous to V. Davis with an above average description. There is no doubt the man is fast, but he runs the worst routes out of any NFL TE and is a horrible runner after the catch, not too mention brick hands(though his hands have improved since entering the league, i will concede that). In a top flight offense Vernon is the 2nd TE, kinda what Aaron Hernandez is for the Patriots.

Austin Collie is the 2nd best slot WR in the NFL behind Wes Welker. I'm telling you, it's amazing Alex has had so much success with the alarming lack of talent around him. Even the TE, Vernon davis, has only 1 good quality about him and he is barely above average.
I guarantee Garçon won't play as well as if he had Peyton, and to think that Collie is a top 10 WR is hysterical. Ever think that a great HOF QB makes everyone around him better?

NinerLifer, it is up to the receivers to make QB's look good these days. QB cant throw it at an efficient rate unless you have good targets. Unless your name is Alex Smith. He can do it with sub par targets.

So you mean to tell me that All the Saints receivers are all world and make Brees look great? Lulz.....there is a reason why a QB is the most important position, he HAS to make everyone better, come on man

The Saints have 2 pro bowl caliber receivers, those 2 being Colston and Lance Moore.

Still - GET IT DONE BAALKE!
I wonder if the amount of money hinged on who's going to be the QB?

Tell me again, how many Pro Bowls has Lance Moore been to? How about 1,000 yard seasons?
