i dont see it all those articles are either a day old or hrs old & they all state Manning hasnt signed yet no recent up to date articles on Google

Why give up the #30 pick in the draft and big money when he can come over next year for less money and at no cost to us. Think about it...

doesnt mean he has signed the contract he still can back out the deal the ink isnt on the paper YET.
