Free agent cornerback Carlos Rogers will remain with the San Francisco 49ers. According to Jason Cole on Twitter, and retweeted by Matt Maiocco, he is about to re-sign with a deal that will average about $7.3 million per year.
While with the 49ers in 2011, Rogers had his first Pro Bowl season. Rogers finished the regular season with 43 tackles, 6 interceptions and a touchdown.

Much better than Wright and should be cheaper than Carr and Finnegan. Hopefully it's only for 3-4 years.
