I sticking to my thought process. I can easily see us being this years packers next season witout all da blowouts, jus grind it out wins. Three teams worry me, NE, packers, saints & none can't take a punch in the mouth by a great D like ours. Better WRs' & scoring in the redzone, I'm very positive win can grind those games into W's. Also assuming our roster doesn't take a step down from this offseason.

I voted for 11 and 5 but thats with us doing a few things in the offseason.
1st, we have to resign all of our own key FA's.
Get ride of most of our WR's
Pickup a #1 and #2 wr in FA and the draft.
I liked Boone, Kilgore and Pearson but don't know if they will take the next step next year. We have to get better at RG and Center. If those guys can't fill those spots, then we have to draft or pickup somebody in FA or the draft.
Otherwise, I really like our guys, and with a full offseason, we will have better understanding of the WCO and add more complexity to our gametime playbook.
I know we have a tough schedule but our team believes now and that counts for alot! Teams are gonna dread playing us now!!!

I say 10 or 11 wins. No first round bye. Only get home playoff game if we win the division. Prob lose the first road playoff game we have. Thats how I see it next year. This year was our best shot.

11 wins. And that will be enough.

8-8 or 9-7 if we don't get some playmakers on offense and hope to win because of the defense and turnovers. In this league they will figure you out and that is not going to work in the long term.

Tell me who we draft with the top 3 picks and who we sign in FA and I'll make my guess. Right now I would say 11 wins would be very good against that schedule. Add a true #1 WR along with a healthy Morgan and Crabtree and we can get back to 13.

Realistic shot at a repeat 13-3 season but I wouldn't be surprised if we lost or won a couple extra games and finished anywhere from 11 to 15 wins. 3 hardest games are the Pats, Pack, and Saints but after that everything is easily winnable.

11-5
We have a tough schedule next season and will probably lose to 4 non-division opponents + 1 division upset. Still enough for a division title and playoff spot.

Honestly, just need to get better.
Who gives a s*** what the record is? Road games mean nothing if you are strong. Giants did it in '07 and did it again this year.
This niners team with some real offense could go into NO or anywhere and win. Home field advantage is nice but will not turn a non existent passing game into a relevant one.
Having said that, winning the division would be a minimal request.

10 wins with a first or second round exit at best. It's just really hard for me to see us winning the SB with everyone gunning for us, and who the f**k knows if we regress on top of it due to variable reasons. My biggest fear is that our next true shot for the SB comes 5-10 years down the line. Such a perfect opportunity to go for #6 completely wasted.
