A few things I want to see in the playoffs. | Page 2

Can we please see some quick slants to our wide outs. Its a basic and simple pass to complete. Lets see V. Davis run the seam rout and stretch out the defense which will force the coverage to Davis, opening up our WRs which seem to be unable to get open. I am not an Alex hater, but lets see him complete those one or two passes that he misses every game that could be big plays or touchdowns. Overall the play by Alex is solid, however these one or two passes each game would elevate his play to very good. Continue to run the fly sweep. We've ran it successfully several times this year and when they playoffs arrive the play action off that play could go for a big gain.The other teams know that we have picked up some crucial third downs with that play and will be waiting on it and we can hit it big with a good play fake by Alex. The screen pass is there also. Id prefer to run it with Hunter because he seems to have the better hands. We've only run a couple of screens this year and I don't want to see a possible big play slip through our hands because Gore drops the ball. I know we are hurting at receiver but for at least one drive in the first playoff game lets put Kapernick in there and let him run the Tim Tebow tripple option offense. With an anemic offense we don't have anything to use if it doesn't work. Kapernick is capable of running for a big yards or hitting a couple of passes. But first lets beat the Lambs and get that bye.

Honestly I think they're holding back plays for the postseason games....... Either way the 9ers will be ready.....
Prepare for "Shock and Awe" during the playoffs......

If we score TDs we will be a hard team to stop. Kind of funny people calling for checkdowns when all Smith use to do was checkdowns and most people got tired of it. Now they are clamoring for it.

They have two plays called in the huddle when Alex goes to the line he checks the defense , he rolls his hands to keep the first play going ,he yells kill to opt in the second play and kill the first

I would like the 49ers to convert more 3rd down please to keep the drive going and keeping the opponents QB on the bench. I know it will give us all a heart attack but if the Offense can keep the QB's on the bench, 9ers could be up by 10 and still win the game.

ive noticed lot of our dropped passes have been on 3rd downs i think elimintating dropped passes are the key to this

I agree, but also in order for them to convert on 3rd downs they need to hurry up coming out of the huddle to give Smith a chance to see the defense or better yet run a no huddle keep the flow going and it will eliminate the opponents D to bring in fresh personels.

I believe Harbaugh has a few things in the offense and defense he has not shown yet in games. I believe he has a red zone scheme that he has not shown. Why? I don't know...maybe because he is competitive as hell and wants to beat Sean Payton for what he did in the preseason and for defeating the Packers at Lambeau Field for Alex to show that Alex was the right choice over Aaron Rodgers. Call me crazy if you wish, but I think Harbaugh is up to something.

I agree. What leads me to believe this is that we haven't see a god damned RB screen up until recently. He's definitely holding plays back for when they really matter.

I want to see Green Bay. I don't want them getting knocked out of the playoffs by anyone before we play against them. I don't want our run to happen without beating the previous Superbowl winners

Not even close. We will have enough time to gameplan for their defense. We will not play another game like we did in Baltimore while we have the same coaching staff. Everything worked against us and we still had a chance to win.
