That game in Seattle is going to be really tough.

I'm more worried about that game than the Pitt game. Seattle is playing lights out and have a slim chance to make the postseason. Seattle has been playing playoff football the past couple weeks.

Any and all obstacles must be overcome.

That's one way to look at it.

The more accurate way of looking at is it's us saying that Seattle is not the joke of a football team people make them out to be. Nobody is saying we can't beat Seattle it's just us acknowledging that this will be a competitive football game and not the typical NFC Worse battle that we usually go up against.

Huge worry! The last time we had the short week we had the worst O Line performance I've ever seen. Seattle has been playing better too. And they can be tough at home in that loud stadium. That game worries me a lot. If Arizona can beat us the Seahawks definitely can at home....

so you weren't watching in 04-05?

You can say that about every team in every game ever played in the NFL. Just look at the Chiefs today. I don't see how anything the Saints or Seahawks have done would make somebody feel any different than any other Sunday.

Whatever our faults may be, every single other team has just as many or more.

It will be more difficult than at arizona, but i hope we win out.

I think if we can slam Pitt, we can carry enough confidence to close out and take the 2nd seed, and smash even harder into the playoffs.

Agree

In Seattle. There's certain locations that's always a tough place to play no matter what the records state. Nobody is bashing the Niners when they say Seattle will be alot tougher opponent than what the records indicate.
Is anyone worried that we won't be able to move the ball tomorrow night?

the NFL is nuts----forcing a team to play on a Monday and then again on a Saturday?? Oh I just realized all the games are on Saturday-----I;d rather they just played them on Christmas!!

The Saints and Falcons play on monday There also is one Sunday Night game. The only NFL game of the day.

Baltimore and Arizona did what the steelers are going to do tomorrow night. If our coaches and players can't figure out how to move the ball against constant blitz packages we don't deserve the #2 seed or a playoff win this year.

SD did exactly what needed to be done to beat the Baltimore.

1) Screen game
2) OLine protection
3) Quick throws to the playmakers
4) Spread the defense

Now...can we do all 3 of those? Not sure.

My prediction....I think we win a close game against Pit, but we lose a tight game in Seattle.
