I couldn't hear the audio during the game because of bad speaker placement at the bar I was watching the game. That aside, that's what the broadcast mentioned, or you're just reminding us of Gore's ankle injury from previous weeks?
Given the situation surrounding those players' collective health, is it safe to say, none of the other linemen on the roster can adequately fill their shoes, even when more healthy than the aforementioned?

add in Staley as well..was reported about Gore and he looks it also
we don't have that much depth and cant activate that many guys on game day. we would have to use both rookies and have no reserves if we were to bench them

we know we can run the ball, we just need to get the air game going. Although its frustrating to see the misses on one hand the other: is that its good we are airing it out now to see what exactly we have instead of going to it during the playoffs with these flaws.

hindsight is 20/20, as the saying goes. Do you think the 49ers were afforded just one game to test things out?

the good thing is with the holes being this obvious the draft and FA should be easier

Are you confident in JH, and co's ability to change things up? I think back to the 46 defense in its heyday: it was a surprise, but teams over time have figured it out, and so we - as fans - only see glimpses of it.

With a full off season this coaching staff should be able to get players they want. This year they are being forced to play with Sing's players plus a few additions.

I dont think the roster is that bad...just the few weak spots we have are VERY VERY weak

Yes JH seems bright enough we are on the right path.
