Montana won 4 Super Bowls.
Aikman won 3
Steve Young 1
Favre 1
Brady 3
Peyton Manning 1
Elway 2
John Unitas 1
Terry Bradshaw 4
Bob Griese 2
Joe Namath 1
Bart Starr 2
Roger Staubach 2
Len Dawson 1

I'm already at 28, and these guys are all Hall-of-Famer's or will be soon.

Warner 1
Brees 1
Ben Roethlisberger 2
Jim Plunkett 2
Joe Theismann 1
Ken Stabler 1
Aaron Rogers 1
Total of 9.

Some of these guys are border line Hall-of-Famer's or will be in the future. The rest of them have been to multiple pro-bowls.

Therefore, a total of 37 out of 45 Super Bowls have been won by quarterbacks who are either in the Hall-of-Fame, will be in the Hall-of-Fame, or have been All-Pro's / Pro Bowl quarterbacks multiple times.

That means there are 8 Super Bowls won by quarterbacks that don't quite fit this description. Out of those 8, most of those Super Bowls were won by teams that had elite defenses of All-Time.
The Bucs, Ravens, Bears all had top 5 All-Time defenses. The Giants, Redskins and Raiders Super Bowl teams were some of the few teams that won some of their Super Bowls without either super elite quarterbacks or super elite defenses.

Arguably, only about five Super Bowls were won without either elite quarterbacks or super elite defenses. One thing those teams did have however, was ELITE COACHING. I think our team might just have that this year. So we certainly have a shot.
It is a valid question, don't see why the angst. Yes our D is playing great, but they are just curious, if the D does fail and shootout occurs where you need to score more than the 30+ points to win can we do it. Not talking about what happened in Tampa. Talking about the oehter side scoring 30+ points in regulation, can we also score 30 + points in regulation.

You can say it will never happen, but the question is what if, can we. It is something they'd like to see.

As I watch espn first take and no huddle and other shows where these former players are the experts (which is a joke) it seems as if they are dying to see us fall off. Or they like us as a great story but dont think we can go any further in the playoffs, based on facts that they cant back up such as can they win a shoot out!, well the answer to that is our defense only allows 15 pts on average a game. So can we win a shoot out? ahhh YES! Second, can Alex put us on his back and win a game? ok let me see, Giants game no gore , 242 passing by Smith, last 2 min drive in detroit game winning td and 2pt conversion, at Philly 197 in the second half to bring us back, great game in dallas, eventhough we loss alex played great two tds then, so can Alex do it? yes he can. I havent even touched the Defensive side of the ball yet. nor the talent of Ted Ginn, so while they debate who's better built to stop Green Bay, maybe they better question is whos's built to stop us?
your kidding right? whose buiilt to stop us? any playoff team. Should i name them all. Our offense is still in transition. We are not a dominant team. Defensively we can be scored apon,THROUGH THE AIR!!!!!!. Ground different story. You mentioned the talent of ted ginn? the same ted ginn that had a ball go through his hands and hit his head only to be intercepted by the giants. The same Tedd gin that in the last 2 minutes of the ravens game let a ball go right in the bread basket and to the ground. You mean that Ginn? Hey bro. Wake up and quiit sniffing the glue. The debate should end with this post. Green bay, baltimore, new england, new orleans, pitt and Dallas. WHat do they have? BINGO.!!!!!!!!!!!! you win the boobie prize. qbs that are game changing players. We will be one of their b***hes come playoff time. Just not sure in what week.
