New Principle Owner Jed York Thread

So sounds like Jeddie boy is going through a nasty divorce and wanted to get some. Can't Blame him, but why a trailer park in Ohio? I get that it's his old stomping grounds. But you're right next to Vegas. Just rent a penthouse for the weekend and go nuts.

Would it even be up to Jed? Doesn't his mom and dad actually own the team but didn't want to handle it? Only way Jed sells is if he's that embarrassed and the stress of dealing with his family life is overbearing. Im not a Jed fan but he's got better and there are far worse owners.
I'd be worried about a new owner because to your point they usually want to recoup their investment fast, so ticket prices, concessions, parking, merch would all probably go up. Then you might get a Jerry Jones that wants his hands on everything or a Mike Brown that is frugal.

$140 and he had to go to her!!?! If that doesn't scream setup I don't know what else does. He had to been thinking these trailer park escorts are getting lazy and over paid.

It's hard to argue this. He had a rocky start, and a few bad decision making moments (Harbaugh), but overall has made this a very competitive team compared to a lot of other teams. He helped make it possible to win 3 SBs but the team just couldn't close the deal.

Just my thought so who knows but this stupid act shows he was probably not a cheater type with his wife and he has no experience being single again. It sure sounds he didn't want any elaborate date with some woman that wants to latch on for money and strings, not ready for dating scene and a quickie as it now has been months sense the divorce filing. As stupid and embarrasing as it is I feel bad for the guy a bit. He was trying to take care of something in a manner he felt would be private, quick and no strings and it backfired.

I think his parents transferred the ownership to Jed. At least the majority share. I'm sure they still would have a lot of input to any sale. I agree that we could get an owner that's a lot worse.

I disagree, he had McVay and Shanahan fall into his lap, only credit he deserves is letting the Shanahans do their thing. You can say he's willing to spend $ but any decent owner should

One thing Youtube news from around the nation has taught me is you do not go driving around in neighborhoods at night (or day).. places where idiots now shoot up cars they don't recognize...thinking they are there to rob them, and feeling justified. Only for them to be locked up themselves lol.
