Jed York stayed his course when Me, you, and the NFL world was chastising his actions after he announced the firing of Dingleberry and the pending search for GM/HC. Now granted he brought it on himself when his actions did not match his words, but the fact remains we have Baalke and Harbaugh (+ staff), who are unquestionably responsible for this magical season, because of Jed York. He got it right the 3rd time. There are teams who have ownership families who never get it right in decades of trying. I for one thank Jed York. Because of him my every day is a bit brighter, my mood is a bit lighter, my pride in being a die hard Niners fan never stronger, my enjoyment in this entire process unprecedented (I started loving the Niners in the mid 80's), a flood of great memories all tied to a period in which the Niners were an annual powerhouse, revisited. Personally, I am confident Harbaugh is a special coach. He is a franchise changing coach. Maybe I am setting myself up for a hard hard slap of reality, but what he's done in the last 3-4 months is nothing short of miraculous, and it's that short body of work that I hang my confidence in Harbaugh on. I believe the Niners are on the cusp of another era of winning football, and all thanks to Jed York. Thank you Jed.

True, but Seifert was already here and they hadn't fired the entire offensive staff like will happen with this one.

Jed York has turned this beautiful franchise into a laughing stock. Getting rid of the only thing that was great. His lousy stadium in Santa clara an now firing Jim. They are just laughing at us up in Seattle. We have such a weak an pitiful owner.

I'm not, I just don't want to see another 8 year span of mediocre football. We remember what it felt like to face palm evr Sunday watching Tim rattay, Cody picket, ken Dorsey, Trent differ and Alex smith never run a good offense.

We don't want to see the greatest franchise in football nicked off its pedestal. We want to dominate, win and be fun to watch.

Wish they would sell the team but i am afraid we might be stuck with them in our lifetime

The Niners fan base is pretty intelligent and also unwilling to support a franchise that is owned by incompetent, ungrateful, ignorant and arrogant people like the Yorks have shown themselves to be. Do you think they're going to continue to pay those elevated prices when this team goes back to mediocre or worse? Winning in the NFL and especially the NFC west is really hard. Next year this team could go right to the bottom. When it is clear that getting rid of Harbaugh was the one of the greatest blunders in the history of sports and the York's incompetence reasserts itself(got lucky when Harbaugh chose them), the stands will be empty, the revenues will wane and maybe, they will be forced to sell. That is our best hope.

You can count on me to help the cause, I know i wont EVER contribute to Jed's new digs EVER AGAIN unless we win a Super Bowl. Ive been a loyal 49ers fan since i was a kid but since i didnt grow up anywhere near SF it was difficult for me to get to any games until i started to earn my own money & that was a couple of years after High School so since 03' ive been going to 49ers games i always tried to make it to at least 2 games per season. That is about to change now.

After seeing what happend this year & seeing how a complete of a moron York really i came to this conclusion why should i continue to spend my hard earn money so i can help pay off his shinny new home.

I made it to the 1st game at Levi's this year bcuz i wanted to say i was there for the 1st regualar season game but after we colapsed to the Bears like that i vowed never to return again unless we win another Championship. Jed York does not deserve the Faithful's hard earned money.

Like u said maybe just maybe if ppl stop supporting this team financially we can get the Yorks to sell. That is our only hope.

Far better chance to run a competent offense next season with a new HC that isn't Harbaugh. FACT.
