SANTA CLARA -- The 49ers signed undrafted rookie receiver Kerry Taylor to the practice squad. Taylor is the nephew of former 49ers receiver John Taylor.

Taylor (6-foot, 196 pounds) caught 54 passes for 699 yards and three touchdowns last season at Arizona State.
