I think our defense has been top 3 so far and all we really lack is that shut down db to make us one of the best.

Trent Baalke deserves a TON of credit for this defense. He let Franklin, Spikes, Clements and Lawson walk. Aldon/Bowman/Sopoaga/McDonald/Rogers have all been HUGE upgrades. Goldson coming back was a big win and Whitner is solid upgrade as well. With R.Smith looking healthier and T.Brock/S.Spencer probably better at least after the bye the sky is the limit for this D.

We definitely need that shutdown guy. We should have got Nnamdi for 17 million a year. The Eagles defense is something to envy.

Screw this lions crap. We are a better D than them and we will prove it on Sunday. They are getting GASHED by the bears right now. We will run all over them, keep the ball out of Stafford's hands and if we play our cards right take care of the ball better at the QB position. By that I mean turnovers.
