No matter. I don't care what the East Coast dominated media thinks. They only respect dynasties out west...and only begrudgingly. Even then, there was always a smattering of disdain whenever they HAD TO talk so much about the Niners back in the day. Besides, we got
sf49er01 and
SNEAKiCKz. BOTH better than EaStcoastPN.

The Gameday Final guys on NFL Network showed Smith's TD to Delanie, Rogers' pick 6, Cully's pick, the Gore TD run, both of VD's touchdowns, and Kaepernick's pass to Morgan. Prime was guiding Rogers and Cully on their returns("Get to the sideline!"), and also said Vernon Davis was a man. I believe it was Mooch who threw in a comment on how well Alex has been playing, as well as complimenting Kap's pass. Eisen was actually hyping it up pretty good, basically saying look-what-the-49ers-did throughout the highlights(the phrase "forty-burger" was used). They referenced the margin of victory being the same as the SB against the Broncos. I thought the highlight coverage was pretty decent, actually.
The biggest thing to me was, the focus wasn't on the Bucs losing, it was on the Niners winning.
As far as the Eagles bias goes: their predicted success was the story of the offseason, which definitely makes their failure to this point one of the major stories of the regular season. Our luck, the story will calm down, and then Philly will fire Reid or bench Vick, and it will all blow up again.

NFL Network are the only ones that have covered it, because they cover every game.
SNF, SportsCenter, and ESPN News have said nothing. Not even a box score. You'd think the game didn't happen.

I think the 9ers cover is blown, everyone can see them coming no more laying low.
