Which is why I completely disregarded the OP.

Yep.

Stop trying to downplay what has happened over the last 4 weeks. I think a lot of us are simply ruminating on the facts and the more we think about it, the more excited about this franchise we become. It's just excitement. I was around for all 5 SB's and trust me, that's a whole different level of excitement/elation. We have a head coach who doesn't have his head stuck in his ass. We haven't had that since Mooch. We also have some damn good players too. Why do I need to be cautious? Why do I need to keep my emotions in check? Because you said so? Take your debbie downer crap and shove it. We have a good team. Why don't you try enjoying it. Break the chains, bro.
Stop telling me what to do

Then what's the point of being a fan if we can't get a little emotional either way?

THIS... and agree with many of you. It's ridiculous to tell fans not to be excited about a big, comeback win vs the Eagles and a 3-1 record.

I can only imagine someone would do so because they expected far less from the season, and are somehow unhappy that their expectations for failure has not been met. So they exaggerate our joy with false interpretations of SB ring # 6 ???

Man, just let people soak up the good fortune so far. We all realize that it may not always stay this good.

That's what Raiders fans should do! Because even when your team wins...well, y'know...you're still a Raiders fan.

Who the heck does this guy think he is !?

Blame the coach for not having his players ready not a message board for enjoying some wins that were surely losses (Past road losses)

Reality: We have "microscopic" to no control. But if everyone's public comments and at the stadium realized that and just shut up and cheered with all the energy they had. I bet it'd would have an effect on the players like "Wow they really want us to win and believe in us" psychologically that would help build confidence, which is like %90 once players get to this level.

On other hand, Drunking @ss' booing blinding should literally just root for the other team. Do you realize YOU'RE actually helping the other team when you boo. It's just BASIC phycology.

Good point.... totally agree it's Psychology 101.........

True, Niners didn't win the SB, they just beat a team that many experts believed was a SB contender. The win is a tremendous confidence booster and its the spark thats need to build a WINNING attitude. What they don't need is fans booing them at home while their playing the hated cowgirls. How are they supposed to build confidence with that nonsense going on?

Niner fans should continue to celebrate this win, because its been a long time since they beat a team that mattered. Hopefully we will have more to celebrate......

Go Niners!!!

Agreed to a point. No, we didn't win the big one.

BUT, BUT - we won one that we weren't supposed to, we won back-to-back road games for the first time since 2006 and against East coast teams since 2001. So let people celebrate and have some fun, while we can. It has been a very long time since many of us have felt this good. And even if it lasts until Sunday - it was great while it was here.

Save your reality checks for another day.
Your acting like a father who just told his son its know big deal he just laid the homecoming queen yet your kid is the geekest, ugliest kid in school.

It is a big deal because it gives the fans, players, coaches faith. A decent season will help with free agency getting the stadium built etc so again it is a big deal we have not accomplished sh*t for 6 years and for once there is feeling of hope again. Lets enjoy it for the week than move on. Later this year we will have some rough times and all of us will need to reflect on this game and remember that this is a team that can now compete in every game.
after all the tough seasons we have been through, it's nice to savor every W we get
Alex for the first time he's has a chance to Player of week. Man Harbaugh has Coach him up. You notice in the Eagles when no one was open he just threw it away. Plus in the 3rd quarter he 9-9 with 179 yards which is the most he had in his career and it was against a great secondary. At the end of the game did you see the bench jump up when we got the fumbled and then we sealed the game with the first time. So don't talk about HUMBLE. Like Jim Harbaugh said to the team. WHOOOOOOOOOOOO GOT BETTER THAN WE DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. WEEEEEEEEEE DOOOOOOOOOOOO
Sorry he said who got better than us. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEE DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
