Time of possession that's what we need against Dallas. But we need TDs not field goals.

Solid drive, thats what your suppose to do at the end of a game when you have the lead. Next time they just need to go ahead and punch that in tho

I agree. If we needed more than only a f.g. I believe we would be more aggressive on 3rd and 4. Possibly even on second down. But in this circumstance there was no need to force anything.

What does it mean when OL report eligible? I know it means they can now catch passes, but what's the real point behind it? I know on that Snyder play it lured the guy offsides, but is this something regularly done, or does Harbaugh have something up his sleeve? I heard reports of Boone practicing TE drill earlier this week, so you never know.

I understand why Harbaugh was conservative play call at the red zone in that particular drive. Just trying to be at least up 2 scores over the Seahawks. And the defense hadn't given up a bonehead TD at that point. We need to be more aggressive at the goal line against Dallas if we are going to survive that game.

Wow..that's pretty nasty. Obviously we need TDs though but a 9 minute drive is always a good thing.

maybe to keep the defense on it's toes? if the defense knows he's not eligible then its one less player they have to worry about running down field

That play worked to perfection and was designed to lure the defense off sides. You could see Alex and the WR (I forget who it was) pretending to not know the play call. While Alex was yelling and making hand gestures Snyder did a formation shift and caused the D to move. It was definitely planned out.
