People will look for the slightest thing they can find to make it seem like the coaches don't have faith in Alex, it's pathetic.

Haven't gotten a chance to listen to it yet but a few things that come to mind.
Alex was having to force the ball to Crabs yesterday, not his normal go-to guy. I don't think he is comfortable having to "force" target Crabs more then 4-5 times a game, and Det knew this. Couple that with Vernon not being able to do anything and Walker already having a key drop, I think Alex was a but flustered. The run game worked great which bailed the O out, but having that front 4 in his face especially after the first play, I don't think he was happy in the pocket.
We got the W so we live to fight another day. but having the bye week now will let Jim iron a few wrinkles out. And get a real #1 back being Edwards.

It definitely has more to do with people putting too much into Harbaugh's speeches because some are so drunk off the kool-aide that everything Harbaugh says or in this case, "not say much about" means something!

I watched it as I do every week... sick of reporters having the opportunity to ask coach questions and most of them wasting it with garbage. Seems like most would rather dig up a story or get him to say something bad instead of digging deeper into the game or team.

Talked a lot about Bruce Miller. Quick learner converting from player on defense to FB. Gave credit to one of the scout for insisting that they draft Miller, after the coaching staff gave what they were looking for in a FB. Gave Rathman credit for good coaching Miller and the running backs.
Talked about the defense, how everyone is playing well. Even mentioned RJF in a sub.
Said Gore will be a go on Sunday.
Wasn't able to talked about the motion ref penalty conference with the league. Had it sorted out.
No expectation from the beginning of the season for where they wanted to be at the middle of the season. Or when or how quickly they wanted to wrap up the NFC West division.
Talked up the Giants -- how they are physical, run game, etc.. (fatten them up before he put them on the butcher block
)
Impressed with how Gore can torpedoed himself into tight spaces, low to the ground on some inside runs and still keeps his feet moving.
Don't remember the rest...must not be important.
