If Talib didn't get suspended, I don't see how Braylon can be.

I just read about that story also on PFT and was coming here to post the same opinion. If they letting the others off, Braylon should get the same treatment.

Kenny Britt has been pure stupid! I mean, he cuts a huge break and has some charges against him severely reduced - then the very NEXT DAY gets caught smoking pot at a car wash! He has shown a pattern of behavior that Goodell hates - multipe bad decisions, no remorse. So if he gets no penalty, there is no way Braylon does!

If Braylon does get suspended, then we really know Goodell hates the 49ers

I know Britt did the majority of stupid stuff during the lockout. Not sure about Talib or Braylon but there's no way Goodell should be able to punish anybody for what they did during the lockout.

Braylon is already on a one year suspension; he has to play for us.

Good news these other players didn't get suspended yes but when the F are we going to hear about Braylon? This was the reason why I thought he wasn't playing more and in the starting lineup, if he's not going to be suspended he needs to be on the field more.
Any idea of when we will know? there really should be some kind of deadline on when the commish can rule on issues, how long ago was the DUI again? no reason he couldn't have made a decision by now.

DUI was last September. Punishment would have to come down this week if he's going to get suspended for next week.
I really can't see how the NFL can justify suspending him (which probably means they will, right?

You would think if this is fact the team would be more concerned with getting him into the lineup and getting reps with the 1st team and builing repor w/Alex. We need Braylon to be our #1 WR especially w/Crabs out. Morgan/Ginn isn't going to cut it, if this team is going to scare people on offense this year we need Edwards and Crabs performing.
