I'd be rooting for away games for the 9ers.

I'm sure some of the violence was not gang related, but my first hand knowledge says otherwise. I saw it was my own two eyes and in some case it was certainly gang related. I'm not sure about the shootings, but I know fights occured between Nortenos from different cities.
And apparently their was some Nortenos vs Surenos fighting as well and might have led to the shootings. (Which makes sense since the Raiders attract Nortenos and Surenos as fans, while Surenos would never sport a red color jersey. One of the shootings involved two Raider fans.)

The only Bay Area fans that know how to get loud are the San Jose Sharks fans -- as I believe HP Pavilion was voted by visiting teams players as the toughest place to play in the entire league because of the crowd.
SF Giants fans do get loud, but it's not quite the same kind of atmosphere as a hockey or football game.

Good, this should end all talk of the Raiders sharing a stadium with us.

It's freaking pathetic that a bunch of moronic drunken fans fighting and holding weapons are causing an ANNUAL EVENT to be canceled forever. One of my favorite games every year.....
So much for sharing a stadium, eh?
Yep! Any word on which side actually fired the weapons and beat dudes up?
