This was a guy I was expecting to just be competiting for a spot on the final roster and I was shocked to see him starting last night against the Saints. Obviously its only the first preseason game so I'm trying not to read too much into it but do you guys think week 1 against the Seachickens that this guy could possibly earn a starting job and supplant Spencer? Thoughts?

i dont think one of them should count. if i remember, it came off an attempted hail mary pass at the end of the half/game

This thumbs down shows the ignorance on the webzone of some posters. CB is a position of need, you are getting Brock as a exlucisive rights free agent, there is not risk, and no reason for the thumbs down.

Why would you give this kid a thumbs down? He got burned on one play coming in off the bench in the biggest game the Niners have played in a decade. After that, the kid played lights out as he was a part of the defense that stopped the NY the whole second half........The kid is good and is only going to get better.

Every time I see the dude he is either getting burned or giving up TDs. I dont trust him when he plays.
