Is the 49ers +3 against the Saints a sign of things to come????

it might be bc we owned them last year i think we almost doubled their yards but our center baas and phillip adams muffed punt and numerous to's.......or actually it that the ninewrs have better depth and brees will not play that long

Absolutely. My sister's ex-BF used to do that. This fool would bet on anything. He was a good guy and all. Successful, not negatively affected by his gambling. But he just couldn't watch someone cross the street without getting action on it.

Oh, and it's the freakin' PRESEASON. Lines mean nothing. Who's 4th quarter scrubs will put up the final 10 points? Who cares? Vegas puts the odds where they need to get as many people to take the bets as possible. Nothing more, nothing less.

This says absolutely zero about what anyone "thinks" about us or if we are somehow "better".

I have a love/hate relationship with that game. In a sense, it epitomizes all of last season for me. Wasted opportunity, all of it.

It's because we last year we were preseason Champs (4-0) but regular season chimps or chumps.

preseason is actually easier than betting in the regular season. you are betting with backups so teams that have the better backup qbs and rb usually win. last year i won all the niner games because of this and teams that have good backup qb situations are usually a good bet. This is why the best teams lose quite a few games like the colts bc they have no qb depth and never had while a team like last years niners or teams that have good depth will be winners

Lol, if you knew anything about the spreads, you'd know that just about every game was +3/-3. That is because it is preseason and unpredictable.

Maybe but that doesn't mean it's because you can't make any money. I got all my picks right yesterday and I had the under on PHI/BAL, over on NE/JAX. I put a hundy on Arizona on the moneyline +160
