Anyone think the Ravens finally snap the win streak on Thursday?
It's a short week, plus the 49ers travel to eastern time zone...man, that's just brutal.
I'm scared.

I'm really looking forward to actually having a decent set of commentators calling our game. Mayock and Nessler are two of the best in the business IMO.

Considering the obstacles, if the Niners win this game it will remove any doubt that this team is championship caliber, at least in my mind.
We will be facing the strongest defense in the NFL beside our own.
We will be doing it with a schedule not scheduled in 36 years
We will be doing it against the AFC #1 seed
This will be the hardest game we play this regular season. The Ravens are no joke and beating is a measuring stick for sure.

it's gonna be a tough game. Final score of 10-9 or something like that.

NFL Office says Goldson suspension not planned to come down, should be a go on Thursday. $$$ Fine likely to be announced on Friday.

Our game against the Cardinals was far more important. This game is simply a gauge and nothing else.

I would agree if this game didn't have playoff clinching implications.
But if we win we will clinch with either:
a SEA loss 11/28
or a Win vs. STL on 12/4. 11 wins clinches division.

NYG and DET >> BAL
I don't buy ANY team from the AFC North because THEY are the teams the have ACTUALLY played the NFC West. 3 of BAL wins are from playing some of the worst teams in the league.

With Ed Reed back there, I think we are going to try to come out and smash them on the line with a good dose of Gore, we are going to test how fast old Ray Lewis REALLY is with some passes to the flat, and then throw some MAJOR misdirection at Ed Reed using Vernon as a decoy.

As much as I will be rooting for us to win, I will also be rooting for the Lions. If any game, any, this is the one that could topple GB now that they have Kevin Smith emerging. They didn't have a run game and now do. It will be a tough match up for GB D. Also, the Lions' front seven took out Rodgers last year with a concussion so expect this Lions D front four to be drooling like mad dogs.
They will be up for this game as much as we will be for the Ravens.
What a turkey day treat for sure!
Loving our match up against that Ravens' D. We need to face something like them so we can measure where we are.

Reed + no Lewis = Run, Run, Run....
