This is my view as well. I would be ecstatic if we win. But I never expected that we'd possibly be 4-2 at the bye. I thought 3-3, so I'll be content.

I guess it depends, upon your source of information, and how much you care about their opinions.
They don't know as much about the Niners, as they think they do. What make me state this?
Just take a look a the WZ (NFL) Pick'em contest, and you need look no further. I've noticed over the
years, that the top members that win/participate in this, fare better (in general), than those that get paid
to do so.
They may have all the resource at their disposal, but it's really hard to have and keep your finger on the
pulse of 32 teams, let alone one.
FYI, I was watching NFL Networks' segment AFC/NFC Playbook last night. Of the 4 presenters hosting
the segment, only Baldinger picks the Niners to lose to Detroit. The other 3, chose SF... their reasoning;
the Niners Defense.
