The biggest mismatch is their d-line vs our o-line. If our line can give Smith time there are lots of opportunities for big plays against Tampa 2.
Prediction: 21-17 Bucs. We're not quite at their level yet. They have the much better QB, and have an identity. We are playing well but don't have an "identity" just yet.
WHY do you keep coming back under different IPs?
lol who is it?

I have a feeling this is going to be a tough game, an ugly, slug-fest kind of game, like against the Bengals. Both teams have better defenses than offenses, and both play want to play conservative, power-running games, both have inconsistent QB play so far this year.
Injuries and lack of depth on defense could hurt us. Offensive line will probably come back down to earth after a great second half in Philly. We won't push the Bucs d-line around like we did the Eagles, IMO.
Still, they have to make a cross-country trip on a short week, they don't have the explosiveness of the Eagles, and they won't be able to get their run game going, even with Soap out. Our defense will still be the best unit on the field for either team. Alex will go back into his shell for the most part, but we'll get some good RAC plays and open things up just enough to keep drives alive on the ground.
16-14 Niners.

Rookie Chris Culliver could get shot as 49ers' third corner with Shawntae Spencer hobbled by toe injury. bit.ly/rra84C
So Brock and Spencer are out. I wonder if Reggie plays CB on Sunday if Whitner is back.

The Bucs are pretty banged up too. Talib didn't practice today with a knee injury...
