His arm is pretty strong, but I doubt it's as strong as Alex's. Only Brett Favre in his prime had a stronger arm than Alexander the Great.

lol what you do create 2 accounts, one to post crap with and the other to make your self feel good! alex's arm power is weaker then rodgers... Alex might have a stronger arm but he's balls are the size of an atom, so he won't throw the dam ball and take a chance!

Calm down killer. First of all arm strength is not a stat in football it is a stat in madden ok. No one is arguing those other things aren't important we all remember JaMarcus Russel's cannon and his number one bust status but we also remember Shaun Hill being a good quarterback here but being shut down by average defensive backfields because he didn't have the arm strength to stretch the defense, so yes I give a f*** about arm strength because it is important.

Honestly I'd say he already has one of the top 5 strongest arms in the league... now it's just about translating that armstrength into actual production and wins.
Arm strength is overrated, average and slightly over can get you a long ways. Quickness of release and accuracy are what really counts.

There's a reason Alex was taken #1 overall and Kaepernick slipped to the second round. It's because Alex has one of the strongest arms in NFL history.

Obvious troll is obvious. I hope you guys are checking IP addresses.
Anyway, for me, QB arm strength is like a player's 40 yard dash results. Always nice to see a 4.3 from your guy, but a 4.5 can be plenty enough to put player speed to rest as a non-issue. Kap has a strong enough arm to make the throws... Alex has that too. Brett Favre level arm strength? Rodgers? Blah, who cares? We all know Brees doesn't have the strongest of arms, yet he can handle business with the deep passes and even drill in some short ones. No worries for us on our guys... they got enough in that department.

I watched him warm up before the Super Bowl and he was throwing the ball about 40 yards while basically standing in place. First time I've seen him live.
