I wouldn't be surprised if Carr beat out Smith for the starting job. I mean we're talking about the guy that couldn't even beat JTO for the starting job.

It was the Martz scheme. JTO was more experienced with it.

Seriously, there was never a real competition, Smith is better than Just Turns it Over. The only people that thought otherwise were Mart and a certain poster here in the zone that thought he was destined for greatness...right joecool?

Trade Carr to Carolina for Matt Moore?
Smith is the placeholder,
CK is the future,
Leaving Carr as the back up, but in Moore there is a little bit of a Shaun Hill type player. We need a scrappy guy who can come in and make plays when the situation is against him, Carr is not that person. Remember we are talking backups here not starters, and Moore > Carr IMHO. Either that or just bring in a vet QB to be a good mentor.

Carr should have been Uncle Rico's backup in Napolean Dynamite. They both have similar throwing motions.

Roll the balls out there? So far he is the only ball on the team and he still has to compete. He's the only one who doesn't get it.
Edit: He does get it. $1 million per year getting it. I has sad.
